Just finishing up a picture I started earlier this week. Jesus I haven't drawn Bulma in such a long time...since Halloween in fact! I'm gonna have to practice drawing her more often.
Inspired by the snow I already have in my state, as well as the more snow thats bound to come this week.

Bulma is literally me, because I'm cold even in the summer XD Vegeta on the other hand...I wonder if he gets cold (?) I assume ki gives off heat so...XD
